ABOUT SING SPACE CIC

Founded in 2025, Sing Space CIC aims to support the communities in which Sing Space Musical Theatre Choirs are based.

With 46 choirs in towns, cities and villages across the UK, Sing Space choirs are an important part of their local communities, providing opportunities for music education, community building and local/national performances.

SUPPORT WE PROVIDE

Sing Space CIC supports Sing Space choirs’ highly trained music leaders to deliver outreach projects in their community including:

  • Taking their choirs into local care homes, hospitals and schools to perform.
  • Running choirs and workshops in underprivileged areas where access to music is limited.
  • Holding concerts in support of local charities and making donations to singing-related charities.
  • Investing in infrastructure to support inclusivity and accessibility in our choirs such as moving to accessible venues, offering accessible resources, and training choir leaders to understand neurodiversity and inclusive teaching methods.
  • Seeking and recruiting new choir leaders from disadvantaged backgrounds, under-represented communities or areas lacking in music provision to set up, and run a choir.
  •  Offering a number of part and full bursary spaces to enable those experiencing financial hardship to attend one of our choirs.
  •  Working together to fundraise and raise awareness for charities, through wider, multi-generational community engagement initiatives.

SINGFEST 2026

In February 2026, Sing Space CIC partnered with West End stars Carrie Hope Fletcher, Sophie Isaacs, Emma Crossley, Chloe Hart, Amy Ross, and Bleu Woodward, and Sing Space Choirs for SingFest at Cadogan Hall, raising money for Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) and Great Ormond Street Charity (GOSH).
